<br />The following members were present: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall and the

<br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION 9393
<br />
<br />FINAL ACCEPT ANCE AND MAINTENANCE FOR UTILITY AND STREET CURB AND
<br />GUTTER, TOWNHOMES OF LAKE OW ASSO PLAT
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, Harstad Properties, Inc. contracted to have the utilities and
<br />street curb and gutter constructed to serve the platted streets lying within T ownhomes of Lake
<br />Owasso Plat; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Harstad Properties is requesting the City ofRoseville accept ownership and
<br />maintenance responsibility of those utilities and street curb and gutter;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order
<br />for the final acceptance and accept a one-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or
<br />repair of defective items commencing on March 24, 1997, and expiring on March 24, 1998.
<br />
<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
<br />Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None.
<br />
<br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
