EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of December, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog and Johnson. and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8391 ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SALARY PROGRAM WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the city of Roseville does hereby adjust and update its Administrative and Management Salary Program by adjusting salary ranges 3.0 percent for 1989. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution provided to the employees covered under this plan be increased to $220.00, plus 100% payment of the long-term disability premium. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Rog and Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
