EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the city council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Thursday, the sixteenth day of March, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. councilperson Matson introduced the following resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8427 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-89-19 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted July 25, 1988, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of Improvement No. ST-89-19, installation of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances to serve Dionne Street approximately 200 feet east of Lexington Avenue to Aglen Street and Roma Avenue from approximately 200 feet east of Lexington Avenue to Aglen Street. 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the city Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as listed above. 3. The Council shall meet at the city Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said City, on April 24, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 4.
