<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 27th day of March, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8429 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the streets hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State <br />Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter <br />162; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, of the County of Ramsey, that the roads described as <br />follows, to wit: <br /> <br />TERRACE DRIVE FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE TO LINCOLN DRIVE <br /> <br />LINCOLN DRIVE FROM TERRACE DRIVE TO COUNTY ROAD C-2 <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 FROM LINCOLN DRIVE TO SNELLING AVENUE <br /> <br />be and hereby are established, located, and~designated as Municipal <br />State Aid streets of said City, subject to the approval of the <br />Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Acting city Manager is hereby autho- <br />rized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution <br />to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration and, that upon <br />his approval of the designation of said roads or portion thereof, that <br />same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid <br />street of the city of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal <br />state Aid streets. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and <br />Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
