EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of March, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8430 RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the streets hereinafter described should be revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets due to a change in the proposed road design and traffic volumes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, of the County of Ramsey, that the roads described as follows, to wit: COUNTY ROAD C-2 CONTROL SECTION 216 SEGMENT 020 FROM RAYMOND AVENUE TO CLEVELAND AVENUE COUNTY ROAD C~2 CONTROL SECTION 216 SEGMENT 030 FROM CLEVELAND AVENUE TO ARTHUR PLACE COUNTY ROAD C-2 CONTROL SECTION 216 SEGMENT 040 FROM ARTHUR PLACE TO FAIRVIEW AVENUE be, and hereby are revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Acting city Manager is hereby autho- rized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration and, that upon his approval, the revoking of said roads is. approved and ordered to be removed from the Municipal State Aid system. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
