<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 27th day of March, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8430 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the streets hereinafter described should be revoked as Municipal State <br />Aid Streets due to a change in the proposed road design and traffic <br />volumes; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, of the County of Ramsey, that the roads described as <br />follows, to wit: <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 CONTROL SECTION 216 SEGMENT 020 FROM RAYMOND <br />AVENUE TO CLEVELAND AVENUE <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD C~2 CONTROL SECTION 216 SEGMENT 030 FROM CLEVELAND <br />AVENUE TO ARTHUR PLACE <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 CONTROL SECTION 216 SEGMENT 040 FROM ARTHUR <br />PLACE TO FAIRVIEW AVENUE <br /> <br />be, and hereby are revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of said <br />City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Acting city Manager is hereby autho- <br />rized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution <br />to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration and, that upon <br />his approval, the revoking of said roads is. approved and ordered to be <br />removed from the Municipal State Aid system. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, <br />and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
