EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of April, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8434 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 65767 BETWEEN STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, AND THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an Agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: For the installation of emergency vehicle pre-emption at the existing traffic control signals on Trunk Highway No. 35W East and West Ramps at County State Aid Highway No. 19 (County Road D) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 65767, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such Agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the city all contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kehr , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
