<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 10th day of April, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />8434 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. 65767 <br />BETWEEN STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, <br />AND THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON, AND THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into <br />an Agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation <br />for the following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />For the installation of emergency vehicle pre-emption at the <br /> <br />existing traffic control signals on Trunk Highway No. 35W East <br /> <br />and West Ramps at County State Aid Highway No. 19 (County <br /> <br />Road D) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth <br /> <br />and contained in Agreement No. 65767, a copy of which was <br /> <br />before the Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and hereby <br />are authorized to execute such Agreement, and thereby assume for and <br />on behalf of the city all contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Kehr , and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, <br />Matson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
