EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the city Hall in said City on Monday, the tenth day of April, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: JOhnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog, And the following were absent: None. Councilperson Cushman introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8436 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SW-89-18 WHEREAS, the City of Roseville Council working with the pathway committee has established certain routes within the City of Roseville to be designated as pathway routes; and WHEREAS, the city council has adopted a five-year Capital Improvement Program whereby approximately one mile of pathway is to be constructed each year; and WHEREAS, County Road B between Hamline Avenue and Grotto Street was scheduled to be constructed in 1989; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the city Public Works Director be directed to prepare a study and that he is instructed to report to the city council, advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
