EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of April, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8438 RESOLUTION REVORING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street due to a change in the use of the land and the vacation of the road right-of-way; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of Roseville, of the County of Ramsey, that the road described as follows to wit: COUNTY ROAD C-2, CONTROL SECTION 216, SEGMENT 015 FROM EAST LONG LAKE ROAD TO RAYMOND AVENUE be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said city, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Acting city Manager is hereby author- ized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration and that, upon his approval, the revoking of said road is approved and ordered to be removed from the Municipal State Aid System. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
