<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 24th day of April, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8438 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVORING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the street hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State <br />Aid Street due to a change in the use of the land and the vacation of <br />the road right-of-way; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of <br />Roseville, of the County of Ramsey, that the road described as follows <br />to wit: <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2, CONTROL SECTION 216, SEGMENT 015 FROM <br />EAST LONG LAKE ROAD TO RAYMOND AVENUE <br /> <br />be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said <br />city, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Acting city Manager is hereby author- <br />ized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution <br />to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration and that, upon <br />his approval, the revoking of said road is approved and ordered to be <br />removed from the Municipal State Aid System. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br />Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
