<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: MARCH 24,1997 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at City <br />Hall in said City on the 24th day of March, 1997 at 6:30 o'clock p.m. for the <br />purpose, in part, of approving the establishment of Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 15 and approving the Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, Mashka <br />and Wall; and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9398 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 15 AND APPROVING THE TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO <br /> <br />Be it resolved by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the "City") as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recitals <br /> <br />1.01. It has been proposed that the City establish Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 15, and approve and adopt a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating <br />thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />469.124 through 469.134, as amended, and Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />469.174 through 469.179, inclusive, as amended. <br /> <br />1.02. The Council has investigated the facts and has caused to be <br />prepared a proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 15. <br /> <br />1.03. The City has performed all actions required by law to be performed <br />prior to the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 15, and the <br /> <br />1 <br />
