<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting on the City
<br />council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the city
<br />Hall on the twenty-fourth day of April, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present:" Mayor Rog

<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR 1989 CONTRACT A
<br />CITY PROJECT NOS. P-89-02, Neighborhood NO.5, 7, and 8
<br />P-89-03, ST-89-09, and ST-89-15
<br />
<br />Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement,
<br />according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office
<br />of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on April 20, 1989,
<br />at 11:00 a.m. o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and
<br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />WHEREAS, it appears that T. A. Schifsky and Sons of North st. Paul,
<br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of
<br />$1,061,808.04.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota:
<br />
<br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
<br />into a contract with T. A. Schifsky and Sons for $1,061,808.04 in
<br />the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements
<br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore
<br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
<br />Manager.
