The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting for $490,811.55, in <br />the name of the city of Roseville for the above improvements, <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The city Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forth- <br />with to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except the <br />deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall <br />be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Council Member Cushman , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, <br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Acting City Manager of <br />the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby <br />certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on <br />the 24th day of April, 1989, at 7:30 p.m., with the original thereof <br />on file in my office, and that said extract is a full, true, and <br />complete transcript of minutes, therefrom, insofar as the same relates <br />to awarding bids for 1989 Contract C, Project Numbers P-ST-87-12, P- <br />ST-87-17, P-89-02, Neighborhood No. 64, and ST-89-19. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 25th <br />1989. <br /> <br />day of April <br /> <br />~J~ <br /> <br />Steve North, Acting City Manager <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
