<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 8th day of May, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Matson, and the following were absent: Rog. <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8447 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN PUBLIC, PLATTED <br />STREETS WITHIN THE BOLSTADS ADDITION PLAT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council <br />held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the <br />City of Roseville should be vacated; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the sur- <br />rounding land it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate <br />said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the City of <br />Roseville hereby vacates the public streets over the property described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />ALL THAT PART OF FRY STREET ABUTTING LOT 6, BLOCK 1; LOTS <br />6 AND 7, BLOCK 2; AND LOT 6, BLOCK 3 BOLSTADS ADDITION, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA; <br /> <br />ALSO <br /> <br />ALL THAT PART OF BROOKS AVENUE ABUTTING LOTS 1 THROUGH 6, <br />BLOCK 1; AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 6, BLOCK 2 BOLSTADS ADDITION, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA; <br /> <br />ALSO <br /> <br />ALL THAT PART OF BRUCE AVENUE ABUTTING LOTS 7 THROUGH 12, <br />BLOCK 2; AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 6, BLOCK 3 BOLSTADS ADDITION, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and <br />Matson, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
