EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of May, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Matson, and the following were absent: Rog. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8447 A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN PUBLIC, PLATTED STREETS WITHIN THE BOLSTADS ADDITION PLAT WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the sur- rounding land it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public streets over the property described as follows: ALL THAT PART OF FRY STREET ABUTTING LOT 6, BLOCK 1; LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 2; AND LOT 6, BLOCK 3 BOLSTADS ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA; ALSO ALL THAT PART OF BROOKS AVENUE ABUTTING LOTS 1 THROUGH 6, BLOCK 1; AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 6, BLOCK 2 BOLSTADS ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA; ALSO ALL THAT PART OF BRUCE AVENUE ABUTTING LOTS 7 THROUGH 12, BLOCK 2; AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 6, BLOCK 3 BOLSTADS ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Matson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
