EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- second day of May, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. CouncilpersonCushman introduced the following resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8452 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SW-89-16 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted May 22, 1989, a report has been prepared by Maier Stewart and Associates with reference to the improvement of Hamline Avenue between Larpenteur Avenue and County Road B by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, pathways, and necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the council on May 22, 1989, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the imprvement of $1,536,490. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the twenty-sixth day of June, 1989, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Matson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
