<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
<br />
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
<br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic
<br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 11th day of April, 1997, at 6:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, Maschka, Wall and the
<br />following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION NO. 9400
<br />A RESOLUTION VACATING THE 8.35 ACRES WITHIN PORTIONS OF LOT 1,
<br />LOT 2, AND PORTIONS OF LOT 3 BLOCK 1 , COMMONLY KNOWN AS A PORTION
<br />OF CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a
<br />public hearing to determine whether or not a portion of said street and easements in the
<br />City of Roseville should be vacated; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use ofthe surrounding land,
<br />it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota, hereby vacates that part of Lot 1, Block 1, CENTRE POINTE
<br />BUSINESS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
<br />which lies southwesterly of a line described as commencing at the most southerly corner
<br />of said Lot 1; thence northeasterly, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 1, a distance
<br />of 61.01 feet, along a curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 325.00 feet and
<br />a central angle of 10 degrees 45 minutes 19 seconds to a point of tangency on said
<br />southeasterly line of Lot 1; thence North 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East,
<br />assumed bearing, tangent to said curve, along said southeasterly line of Lot 1, a distance
<br />of 167.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 45
<br />degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 160.00 feet; thence North 59 degrees
<br />05 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 139.49 feet to the northwesterly line of said Lot
<br />1 and said line there terminating, together with the appurtenant easement(s) contained in
<br />Document No. 2605101. ALSO Lot 2, Block 1, CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. ALSO That part of Lot
<br />3, Block 1, CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the following described line: Commencing
<br />at the northeast corner of said Lot 3; thence South 30 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
