EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of June, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8463 HONORING DUANE ELLIOTT ON HIS RETIREMENT FROM SHORT, ELLIOTT, HENDRICKSON INC. WHEREAS, the Engineering firm of Short, Elliott, Hendrickson Inc. has served as Roseville's consulting engineer for many years; and WHEREAS, through Duane Elliott's leadership, SEH has served Roseville well in many waysi and WHEREAS, Duane Elliott has announced his retirement from SEHi NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the city Council of the City of Roseville does hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to Duane Elliott, and does extend its best wishes to Duane for a long, happy, and fulfilling retirement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
