EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of June, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8464 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SW-89-16 WHEREAS, pursuant to city council resolution No. 8452 adopted May 22, 1989, a public improvement hearing for Hameline Avenue improvement between Larpenteur Avenue and County Road B including the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, pathways, and necessary appurtenances was originally scheduled for May 22, 1989; and WHEREAS, due to scheduling problems and incomplete preliminary engineering plans, the public improvement hearing could not be conducted on the original date; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report prepared by Meir, Stewart, and Associates and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statute Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,479,494.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the tenth day of July, 1989, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
