<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 26th day of June, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8465 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION THAT THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ENTER INTO <br />AGREEMENT NO. 66057 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the city of Roseville enter into Agreement No. <br />66057 with the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation for the <br />following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />To provide for payment by the State to the City of the <br />state's share of the cost of bituminous surfacing and storm <br />sewer construction performed on Lydia Avenue in accordance <br />with plans designated by the City as 1989 Improvements, <br />Contract A, and by the State as State Project No. 6216-107 <br />(T.H. 51-125) and State Aid Project No. 160-226-04. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />fOllowing voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, Kehr, Johnson, and <br />Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 26th day <br />of June, 1989, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 28th day of June, <br />1989. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
