EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the fourteenth day of April, 1997, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall and the following were absent: None. Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9401 Final acceptance, 1987 City Contract A WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City, Shafer Contracting of Shafer, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 1987 Contract A consisting of P-85-20A P-85-20E ST-85-21 East Cleveland Frontage Road, railroad to bridge-street reconstruction East Cleveland Frontage Road, railroad to bridge-pathway construction East Cleveland Frontage Road, County Road B-2 to County Road C- storm sewer construction P-86-43 West Perimeter Rd., Prior Ave. to 36 Frontage Dr.; Prior Ave., Co. Rd. B-2 to T.H. 36; Oakcrest Ave., Prior Ave. to Fairview Ave.-curb repair and overlay SS-W-P-86-42 Patton Road, County Road C to approximately 600 feet north- street and utility construction NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
