EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of July, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8479 AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND RELEASE REGARDING JAMES F. ANDRE NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to sign the settlement agreement and release dated July 10, 1989, (copy of Agreement is attached) with former City Manager James F. Andre. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Matson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: Kehr and Johnson. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
