EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of July, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8480 RESOLUTION ON DESIGNATION OF BANK SIGNATORIES NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that the following persons be designated official signatories for the city of Roseville for 1989: Frank J. Rog, Mayor Steven R. Sarkozy, City Manager Edward L. Burrell, Finance Director/Treasurer The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
