EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the city Hall on the twenty-fourth day of July, 1989, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog and the following were absent: None. The city Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1989 assessment roll for the followiing projects: P-85-20C, M-87-20, M-88-01, SW-88-08, P-87-08, P-88-02 #14, P-88-02 #26, P-88-02 #28, P-88-02 #29, P-88-02 #69, and ST-88-07 prepared by him with the assistance of the city Public Works Director as directed by the Council on and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. Councilmember Cushman then introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8481 RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that the proposed 1989 assessment roll for the following projects: P-85-20C, M-87-20, M-88-01, SW-88-08 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the city Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments on August 14, 1989, at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that the proposed 1989 assessment roll for the following projects: P-87-08, P-88-02 #14, P-88-02 #26, P-88-02 #28, P-88-02 #29, P-88-02 #69, and ST-88-07 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments on August 15, 1989, at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
