EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of July, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8484 ACTING CITY MANAGER'S COMPENSATION WHEREAS, the City Council appointed Steve North as Acting city Manager on September 26, 1988; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8366 provided that the Acting Manager's compen- sation would be determined; and WHEREAS, Steve North served as Acting city Manager through June 18, 1989; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the premium salary for the Acting City Manager for the period September 26, 1988 through June 18, 1989 shall be $14,000. This amount is determined by the difference between the Acting Manager and the City Manager's salary for approximately nine months. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
