<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 24th day of July, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8486 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION THAT THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ENTER INTO <br />AGREEMENT NO. 66210 WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into <br />Agreement No. 66210 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Trans- <br />portation, for the following purposes to wit: <br /> <br />To provide for payment by the State, to the City, of the <br />State's share of the cost of reconstruction and signal <br />installation at the intersection of Lydia Avenue and <br />Snelling Avenue in accordance with plans designated by <br />the City as 1989 Improvements, Contract A, and by the <br />State as State Project No. 6216-107 (T.H. 51 at Lydia <br />Avenue) and State Aid Project No. 160-226-04. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and <br />Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 24th day <br />of July, 1989, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br /> <br />er <br />
