<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 14th day of August, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8490 <br /> <br />MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />FEDERAL AID FORM NO. III <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 161.36, Sub- <br />divisions 1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes, the Commissioner of Trans- <br />portation be appointed as agent of the City of Roseville to let, as <br />its agent, contracts for the construction of local roads and bridge, <br />and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed for <br />and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into a contract with <br />the Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and condi- <br />tions of such contracts in the form as set forth and contained in <br />"Minnesota Department of Transportation Agency Agreement," of which a <br />copy of said agreement was before the City Council, assuming on behalf <br />of the City all of the obligations therein contained. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br />Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 14th day <br />of August, 1989, with the original thereof on file in my office. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this 15th day of August, <br />1989. <br /> <br />s~ager <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
