•CEPTANCE OF ORDINANCE NO. 820 <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That <br /> WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota, on the 22nd day of May, 1978, passed and adopted Ordinance No. 820 <br /> entitled: <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> BY ADDING CHAPTER 132 GRANTING NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY <br /> A NONEXCLUSIVE ELECTRICAL FRANCHISE AND A NONEXCLUSIVE GAS <br /> FRANCHISE. <br /> which Ordinance was duly published according to law on the 9th day of August, <br /> 1978, in Roseville-Shoreview-Arden Hills Sun, a newspaper printed and published <br /> in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and of general circulation <br /> in said City of Roseville and County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation, <br /> for itself and its successors and assigns, does hereby accept all the terms <br /> and conditions of said Ordinance. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Northern States Power Company has caused these presents <br /> to be executed in its corporate name by its duly authorized persons and its <br /> corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 18th day of August, 1978. <br /> N1 .- • - • ST' S POWER COMPANY <br /> Witness: <br /> _r. .� <br /> By GEN L ER, DIVISION OPER. <br /> And <br /> )-/ ,I $SISTAIQT SECRETARY <br />
