<br />The City met on the above date with the following members present:

<br />KehT Moved., Franke Seconded., that the minutes of the -regular MINUTES
<br />meeting of January 11, 1982 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays.- None, Johnson
<br />abstained because he was absent,
<br />;-1 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded., that Veronica Miller's request for VERONICA MILLER
<br />final plat at 2778 Lakeview be continued until the February 8,
<br />1982 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke., Kehr, Curley,
<br />Johnson., and Demos. Nays: None,
<br />B-2 Kehr Moved. Johnson Seconded., that Sam Cave's request for final SAM CAVE
<br />plat, rezoning from R-1 to R-6, and special use permit at 2496
<br />Fairview Avenue., be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr;,
<br />Curley, Johnson and Demos, Nays- None
<br />Kehr Moved., Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No, 896., rezoning ORDINANCE NO,
<br />the property at 2496 Fairview Avenue from R-1 to R-6. be .896
<br />adopted, Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson,
<br />and Demo5. Nays: None,
