It would <br />also be desirable to have several sections of the Code amended <br />which appear to be out-of-date with the needs of the community, <br />The overall problem has been Teduced into four specific areas of <br />concern which will be presented. individually. These a-re benches <br />located in the boulevard -near bus stops, newspaper vending machines <br />in the boulevard, driveway approaches acToss the boulevard., and parking <br />in the boulevard, <br />
