My proposal is the best use for the property and <br />the area. <br />Economically, this proposal will generate increased revenue due to <br />increased real estate taxes and business generated by,the residents. <br />These townhouses, priced in the $75000 range, will craate employ- <br />mient for the now-depressed housing trades and supplie"rS." it Will <br />be a small boost for the, pent--oup demand for housing, and, at <br />E prices. <br />I respectfully request that the Planning Commission and the City <br />Council of Roseville expedite their approval of this proposed <br />development.
