Cavets North Boundary Additi0n& <br />In view of the above we would like to submit the following comments, <br />It was our understanding that each contractor was required <br />to provide the residence of each addition with a certain <br />amount of 'open' space, It was also our understanding that <br />ifutlot A of Sam Cave's North Boundry Addition would always <br />remain an 'open' space, <br />It appears that if 3 single family-,homes were built on half <br />of Outlot A the back yards of these homes would have to be <br />sharply graded to the bottom of the other half of Outlot A, <br />thereby making the lots quite undesireable for the average <br />family. <br />Uadesireable lots would therefore attract buyers with no <br />pride in their home, yard or neighborhood., <br />fflease furnish a copy of this letter to each member of the city <br />council,, <br />Sincerely, <br />Harland B.
