The area is somewhat unsightly because of the growth of <br />scrub brush, weeds and some disrepair. The building is in need of a new sur- <br />face coating and repairst <br />It is Propobed-%that the property be U'-tilized for two basic purposes <br />I I <br />A. The preparation of various industrial gasses <br />B. The distribution of these products both through a <br />wholesale distributor and through a wholesale pro- <br />cedure by Union Carbide. <br />To accomplish the above, it is necessary to make several changes to the prop- <br />erty as follows: <br />The-proposed Operations Building would include approximately 5,400 sq.ft., <br />basically of office space.
