Staff assigned benchmarks to specific goals and recorded the community's <br /> 8 overall satisfaction in each area. In some instances, the benchmarks measured two or more <br /> 9 IR2025 goals. <br /> '1 0 This data will be helpful for the Councilmembers, Mayor and Department Leads to identify "big <br /> 1,1 picture" goals. <br /> 1 d?
