REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS: <br />ITEM DESCRIPTION" Release of a Drainage Easement over propeity <br />at 2901 West Owasso Boulevard <br />In 1980, the City of Roseville constructed a storm d-rain between Millwood Avenue and <br />West Owasso Boulevard which ultimately ran to Lake Owasso, With the construction of <br />that pipe, the City was able to abandon an -- old, smallerS 12 inch pipe that was on the <br />adjacent lot. As indicated in the attached letter, Mr. Calvin Hauer of 2901, West <br />Owasso Boulevard is the owner of said adjacent land and -requests that the original <br />easement be released. <br />V <br />Review of the matter indicates that most of this easement can indeed, be released <br />because we no longer need this 20 foot drainage easement that came to the City in the <br />oTiginal plat. The extreme southerly portion of the easement, however, should be <br />retained because of the existence of a catch basin on that part of Mr. Hauer's property. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion authorizing the Mayor and City Managef <br />
