REVIEWED/ RECOMMLNU,.. <br />On January 26, 1981., the Council received a petition from the property <br />owners on Albert StTeet between Lydia Avenue and Brenner Avenue requesting <br />the reconstTuction of their roadway. A feasibility study was ordered for <br />that improvement and said study is now completed and-being presented to <br />the City Council. <br />The project has been found to be feasible and it is suggested that a public <br />hearing be held on this project as soon as possible so that it can be include? <br />in an overall contract with the other street improvements already passed for <br />this neighborhood. <br />Recommended Council Action: Adoption of a resolution receiving the <br />feasibility report for Project P-81-2 <br />and calling for a public hearing on <br />February 23, 1981. <br />
