REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS'. <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />Attached is a resolution adopting salary range and classification revisions to the <br />Clerical and Technical Employee Classification and Pay Plan. These chaTlges, as <br />discussed at the February 3, Council Work Session, represent a 9% increase in the <br />ranges of each classification. In addition ceTtain classifications have been <br />removed from this plan for inclusion in another plan for Sup ervis ory/Conf i dent i al <br />employees. �A <br />For 1981, it is also recommended that for eligible employees in the Clerical /Technical <br />Pay Plan. the cont-ribution for Health/Life insurance be 'increased to a maximum of <br />$95.00 per month and for Long Term Disabty insurance be set at a single dollar <br />zm0unt of $10.00 per month, <br />4. <br />Council Action Requested*, Motion adopting a resolution revising the <br />classifications and salary ranges for certain <br />City employees in the Clerical and Technical <br />Employee Classification and Pay Plan. <br />
