EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 11th day of September 1989 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Rog, and the following were absent: Johnson, Matson. Cushman, Kehr, and Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8498 RESOLUTION SUBMITTING PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX LEVY ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1990 WHEREAS, the City is required to submit its annual tax levy to the County Auditor; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The City of Roseville is submitting the following proposed tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the State of Minnesota Department of Revenue letter dated June 23, 1989, and affirmed by the Attorney General of the State of Minnesota in a letter dated August 1, 1989. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
