<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />was duly held on the 11th day of September 1989 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Rog, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Johnson, <br />Matson. <br /> <br />Cushman, <br /> <br />Kehr, and <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8498 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1990 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is required to submit its annual tax levy to the <br />County Auditor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following proposed tax levy <br />on real estate within the corporate limits of the City to the <br />County Auditor in compliance with the State of Minnesota Department <br />of Revenue letter dated June 23, 1989, and affirmed by the Attorney <br />General of the State of Minnesota in a letter dated August 1, 1989. <br /> <br />Fund <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />General <br />Recreation <br />Fire Relief Association <br />Permanent Improvements <br />Equipment <br />Infrastructure Replacement Fund <br />Debt Service <br /> <br />$2,159,102 <br />760,925 <br />8,896 <br />79,000 <br />109,208 <br />160,000 <br />1.664.600 <br /> <br />Total <br /> <br />$4,941,731 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and <br />Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
