The subdivision <br />regulations as set forth in Chapter 20 shall apply,, <br />SECTION 13.200 Special Reguirements. The following special requirements <br />shall ­;apply <br />The tract of land for which a development is <br />prepared and a permit requested shall not have <br />less than two (2) acres. <br />(2) The development shall be served by the public <br />sewer and water system and fire hydrants shall <br />be installed according to a plan approved by <br />the Fire Marshall as to type and location. <br />(3) The surface drainage system shall be constructed <br />according to a plan approved by the City Public <br />Works Director. <br />(4) Private roadways within the project shall have <br />an improvement surface of twenty-four (24) feet <br />or more in width and shall be so designed and <br />constructed as to permit the City. fire trucks to <br />provide protection to each build inn . Parking on <br />a twenty-four (24) foot roadway is to be <br />prohibited. <br />The following shall apply for those Planned Developments <br />in 'B' Districts: <br />The tract shall not have less than two hundred <br />(200) feet of frontage on a public street. <br />
