FROih: Steve Rorth <br />SUBJECT: Additional Informatior <br />Gerald Jubert request <br />at 403 County Road B <br />6 # a I <br />Regarding Agenda Item B-3 <br />for relocation of a dwellinli- <br />Since receiving a letter from Mildred Reiter regarding her opposon <br />to Gerald Jubert's request, I have talked to Mr. John Stemper, Mrs. Reiter'.i-,; <br />brother and owner of the property at 403 County Road B. <br />I have also talked to Mr. Jubert and he indicated that he had advised <br />Mr. Stemper prior to the signing of the earnest money contract that he <br />would be relocating a house onto the property. He said that he also showed <br />him pictures of the house and offered to show him the house in person. <br />Mr. Jubert indicates that Mr. Israel Bravo (mentioned in Mrs. Reiter's <br />letter) 1*s his partner in purchasing the home, <br />Mr, Jubert,, Mr., Stemper, Mrs. Reiter will all be in attendance at <br />tonight's meeting; hopefully to clarify the issues that have been raised.. <br />
