No fence constructed <br />41 <br />with or using barb wire shall be permitted in <br />any 'R' District or on any property line which <br />abuts an 'R' District. <br />SECTIONS 13.150 to 13.220 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />SECTION 13.150 Planned Unit Development District, Sections 13.160 <br />through 13.220 are to provide a method by which a <br />parcel of land in an 'R' District or a W District may <br />be used for planned unit developments. These sections <br />sball'apply to all -'R' and 'B' Districts according to <br />the following provisions-z <br />SECTION 13.160 Procedure. The owner or owners of any tract of land <br />within a 'S' or 'R' District may submit to the Council <br />for approval a plan for the development and use of such <br />tract of Planned Unit Development for commercial or <br />residential Purposes pr-srmi.tted in the Districts. Any <br />tract of land including more than one 'B' zoning <br />c lass ific-r-itlon but no 'R' classification may be developed <br />as a single tract and may include uses permitted in any <br />of the 'B' zones but only as specifically specified in <br />the Planned Unit Development Plan may be amended, but <br />only by the issuance of another Special Use Permit.
