REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />MEETING 7-14-80 <br />DATE <br />Mark Johnson has applied for a minor variance to retain a six foot high fence located <br />in the Vii*rty line adjacent to County Road D at 3116 Mildred Drive. Mr. Johnson <br />constructed the fence without obtaining a permit, He was advised of the illegal feno-ic <br />ifter it was noticied by one of the city's inspectors. The fence is located on the <br />property line. The required setback is 30 feet.
