Change Orders on the- following three projects, therefore, are necessary. The first -Change Order is for Western Avenue near County Road C,, Order No. 2 in the amount of $1,050.00 is to furnish and, install limestone riprap for slope protection adjacent to a retain- ing wall at the corner of County Road C. The second Change Order is to lowe'r the sanitary sewer '6n Wagner Street. This necessitated removal of five additional trees at a- cost of $75.00 each, plus additional excavation for-the added depth. The total Change Order., in thi-s case, being $1,005,00,' A new ' total contract. price, therefore, would be changed to $61,637,80 for Project 79-20, The third Change Order is to revise three driveways on Iona Lane in accordance with the de'sire of the property owners, Change Order No. 3 is for $3,727,40 to bring the total contract price to $158,370,05. RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTICU: .1) Mation -approving Change Order Western Avenue Project 78-2 in the amount ■ $1,050.00. 2) A motion approving Change Order. No. 1 for Project 79v-L20, Wagner Street, in the amount of $1,005.000 3) Also, a. motion approving Change Ord e-r No. 3 for Pro.ject 78-30, Iona Lane, in the amount of $3,727.40. The City Manager and Public Works Directo are authorized each case to sign the- Change Orders on behalf of the City of Roseville. I
