In order for this to be accomplished, it would be necessary before <br />petitions were given out to property owners,, to advise them if any <br />gide lots would have to be included with their frontage road. A study <br />could be done very quickly by the Engineering Department to determine <br />it on a neighborhood-by-neighborhood basis <br />A map of the City is attached showing the roadways already improved <br />by petition, those awaiting feasibility studies that have been petitioned <br />for, and the logical side streets to be combined with the frontage road. <br />If the Council concurs in this approach, then a policy would be drafted <br />for consideration at the next Council meeting. The Public Works Department <br />recommends that this policy, or one similar to it, be approved. <br />
