EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 11th day of September 1989 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Rog, and the following were absent: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Matson. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8499 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO ADJUST THE TAX LEVY FOR BONDED DEBT WHEREAS, the city Council will be issuing General Improvement Bonds in 1990 requiring a new levy; and WHEREAS, the General Obligation Series 5 and 6 have a balance of dedicated funds, thus a levy is no longer needed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the 1990 tax levy for the planned General Improvement Bond Issue Series 16, 1990, by $240,000 and to decrease the General Obligation Issues Series 5 and 6 levy by $183,850. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
