She has since entered a plea of <br />guilty to that offense, apparently because she has left the massagz <br />business and, therefore, has less stake in the outcome, <br />Accordingly, I am enclosing a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 129 <br />and requiring the registration of masseurs and masseuses. The City of <br />Minneapolis has a similar ordinance in effect. <br />I should emphasj-ze tha-t the proposed Ordinance is in addition to <br />already existing regulation of massage parlors. The existing <br />ordinance contains requirements for the type of premises in which <br />a massage parlor may be maintained and also requires an annual fe". <br />r-�= <br />
