MEETING 5-12-80 <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE'. . WEEMENNEEMMW <br />The Council at its April 14, meeting denied Mueller-Bies Funeral Home request for <br />rezoning from R-1 to B-1 at 475 Minnesota Avenue. The Council then instructed the <br />City Attorney to prepare an ordinance providing for funeral chapels as a special use <br />in the R-1 zoning district and referred the ordinance-to the Planning Commission for <br />a .1 <br />consiaeratton. <br />Motion adopting an ordinance adding funeral chapels <br />as a special use in the R-1 zoning district and adding <br />definitions of funeral chapel and mortuary to the <br />definition section of the zoning code,. <br />
