MEETING 6-9-80 REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION DATE: Attached is a proposed ordinance regarding public and quasi-public uses when located in a publicly owned building in the R-1 zoning district and also establishing criteria for the issuance of special use permits in all zoning districts. The attached zoning ordinance amendment was prepared in response to the Council's concern regarding the potential uses allowed in public school buildings when such buildings were discontinued for regular school purposes.
