REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS. <br />Pathway Easements on Fairview, nortn of <br />County Road B-2 <br />The County then came to Roseville to see if we would acquire the easement so that they <br />could then complete the construction of that pathway. Our legal staff reviewed this <br />matter and drafted an easement document which they felt adequately protected Roseville., <br />The America National Bank, who owns the property,, is agreeable to sign such an <br />easement for $1.00. They requested, however, that the City be the first signer of th& <br />document to assure that we would accept the easement. <br />Xecommended Council Action: Motion authorizing the Mayor and Managet <br />
