CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 129 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE REQUIRING THE LICENSING OF MASSEURS <br />AND MASSEUSES AND REGULATING THE PRACTICE OF MASSAGE. <br />The City Council of the C 11ty of Roseville does hereby <br />Section 129.050 is amended to read as follows: <br />129.050. Practice of Massage OnLy LDy Registered <br />-byT ra S rard W W <br />(a) No business shall employ or use any perso <br />as a masseur or masseuse, as defined hereby, unless <br />such. person is registered with the City of Rosevill <br />as provided herein, I <br />(b) No person shall engage in the business of <br />the practice of massage as a masseur or masseuse with- <br />out being registered as provided herein. <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br />[fiy the additionof Section 129.055 to read as follows-. <br />129.055. Registration of Masseurs and Masseuses. <br />(a) Application for registration, Any person <br />desiring to be registered shall file an application on <br />forms provided by the City Manager. The application <br />shall contain such information as the City Manager may <br />require., 'including: <br />The applicant's full name, address, <br />social security number and written <br />proof of age. <br />
