any provi.si.ons of this chapter. <br />( 4 ) The applicant is less than eighteen <br />years of age, <br />Section 129,06G is amended to read as follows <br />129.060. revocation or Suspens ion- o'f' e'gi s-tr~a't'ibn <br />A registration may be revoked or suspended for any of <br />the following reasons: <br />(a) Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in <br />connection with the registration application. <br />(b) A violation of any provision of th-is chapter, <br />( c ) Conviction of criminal sexual conduct, pro - <br />sti tution , pandering, indecent conduct or keeping a <br />disorderly Douse <br />(d) Conviction of any crime or ordinance violation <br />arising out of the practice of massage. <br />(e) Exhibition of a demonstrable lack of skill. in <br />the practice of massage, <br />Section 129.070 is amended to read as follows: <br />126.070. restrictions and regulations <br />(a) Any person registered as a masseur or <br />masseuse hereunder shall display such registration or- <br />a true copy thereof in a prominent place at such <br />person's place of employment. <br />(b) Upon demand by any police off icer at the place <br />of employment, any person registered hereunder shall <br />produce correct identification identifying himself by <br />his true legal name and correct address. <br />3 <br />
