REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS'. <br />The Minor Variance Board at its June 17th meeting recommended approval of <br />William Turch's request for minor variance to front, side and rear yard setback <br />at 2750 Marion, Mr. Turch proposes to construct a new home which will extend to <br />within 37 feet of the front yard property line, 24 feet of the side yard property <br />line, and 25 feet of the rear yard property line. The required setback is 40 <br />feet, 27 feet, and 30 feet respectively. <br />Attached is a site plan and a map showing the property involved and the consenting <br />property owners . <br />Council Action Requested: Motion (approving) (denying) Willian Turch's <br />0 N <br />request for minor variance to front, side ant <br />rear yard setback at 2750 Marion. <br />
