The name of the organization is the North Suburban Cable Com. <br />mission (NSCC). <br />IV. DEFINITION OF TERMS <br />Section 1 For the purposes of this agreement, the terms de- <br />1 - <br />fined in this Article shall have the meanings given them. <br />Section 2. "Commission" means the Board of Directors created <br />pursuant to this agreement. <br />Section 3. "Council" means the governing body of a member. <br />Section 4. "Grantee" means the. person to whom a franchise has <br />been granted -by a p a rty. <br />Section 5.
